Relational Ripples.

Reconnecting women with their voice, influence, relationships, and the lives they are shaping around them.

Welcome to

Butterfly Effect Leadership

Reconnecting women with their voice, influence, relationships, and the lives they are shaping around them.

Have you spent so much of your life being what everyone else needed that you no longer know what you want for yourself?

What changes when women begin reconnecting with their own value, voice, influence, and self-leadership?

What becomes possible for families, workplaces, schools, relationships, and communities when women are deeply connected to themselves, each other, and the lives they are shaping?

Through the way women influence families, relationships, communities, workplaces, and future generations, they create ripple effects that are often deeply felt but rarely fully recognised, valued, or trusted within themselves.

Butterfly Effect Leadership exists to create the kinds of conversations, spaces, and ripple effects that help people reconnect with themselves, each other, and the lives they are shaping together.

Jeanette

Jeanette Mundy is a speaker, writer, and facilitator exploring women’s leadership, identity, belonging, relationships, self-worth, and the ripple effects women create through the way they live and participate in everyday life.

Her work is grounded in the belief that women play a profound role in shaping families, relationships, communities, workplaces, and future generations — often while remaining disconnected from their own voice, influence, value, and self-leadership.

Through speaking, workshops, gatherings, facilitated conversations, writing, and reflective spaces, Jeanette creates opportunities for women, communities, leadership places, and organisations to reconnect with more meaningful, relational, and human ways of living, leading, and relating.
